Issuance of Building Permit

Requirements:

  • Duly accomplished application forms
  • Five(5) set of design plans and specification, cost estimate, structural analysis (Two-stories and up) and other documents prepared, signed and sealed over printed name of duly registered corresponding professionals
  • Certified true copy of OCT/TCCT
  • Tax Declaration
  • Current Real Property Tax Receipt
  • Boring and load test (Three-Story and up)
  • Locational/Zoning Clearance

Process:

  1. Secure application form and list of requirements.
  2. Submit notarized complete application form signed ad sealed by corresponding professionals and listed requirements.
  3. Secure Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance (FSEC) from the BFP.
  4. Submit Fire Safety Evaluation Clearance issued by the BFP.
  5. Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer’s for payment.
  6. Present the OR for the Issuance of Building Permit.
