Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Electrical Inspection Form
  • Completion of Construction Form
  • Provide as Built Plans, Bill of Materials and Specifications (if there is any alteration of the approved building plans)
  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) issued by the Municipal Fire Marshall of the BFP

Process:

  1. Secure application form.
  2. Submit duly accomplished application forms.
  3. Secure Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) from the BFP.
  4. Submit Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) issued by the BFP.
  5. Proceed to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer for payment.
  6. Present the OR for issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.
