Issuance of Mayor’s Certifications/Clearance (for employment and board examinations and others) and Working Permit

Requirements:

  • Barangay Certification/Barangay Clearance (whatever is applicable)
  • Police Clearance
  • Health Identification Card/Medical Certificate (only for working permit)

Process:

  1. Sign in the logbook and present the requirements
  2. Pay at the Treasury Office
  3. Present proof of payment
  4. Receive the Certification/Clearance or Working Permit
