Requirements:

• Written Request
• Additional requirements for:
  • Parade or Motorcades – Route/Itinerary
  • Contest/Shows – Operational Plan
  • Film Making – Crowd and Safety Control
  • Solicitation – Endorsement Form
  • Advertisement/Promos – Action Plan

Process:

1. File a written request to the Municipal Mayor thru the Mayor’s Staff.
2. Pay corresponding fee at the Treasury Office.
3. Present proof of payment.
4. Receive and acknowledge permit.
