Renewal of Contracts for Arcade, Talipapa and Plaza Stalls Tenants

Requirement:

  • Ledger and File to verify history of tenant

Process:

  1. Present duly filled-up Application Form.
  2. Pay arrearages.
  3. Affix signature every page of the contract together with the CTC number, date and place of issue then return to Market Supervisor’s Office.
  4. Get a copy of the new contract.
